Delivery

Indicated shipping timeline is an approximate number of days an order takes to deliver from the shipping date indicated at checkout, and does not include weekends, holiday, and any unforeseeable delays on the courier's end (weather, volume, traffic, etc.).

Delivery may be delayed if a change of delivery option was submitted on the customer's end. If your order consists of “in-stock”, “out of stock”, “shipping later” pieces, the dispatch date may change. Make sure to check the dates indicated during checkout and on your confirmation email.

Your order may be split if the estimated dispatch dates are more than 7 days apart.

The shipping fee is charged based on the subtotal before discounts and is non-refundable.

Deliveries outside of the Türkiye;

USA, Europe and GCC Countries (Bahrain, Jordan, Kuwait, Qatar, United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Oman, Lebanon, and Egypt); all additional custom duties and service fees are included in the price.  

For USA and Europe orders, we will inform you about the delivery partner based on your order and country.

For Middle East (GCC Countries) orders, our delivery partner Aramex, handles all shipment. 

Please note that Joy of Jade does not have any control over the time spent on customs and delivery, as they vary by country. Please check with the tracking code and the courier in your country.
